Elvin Perocho Vitor, a 29-year-old visual artist from Bohol, is set to be awarded with the prestigious Leonardo da Vinci International Prize (Gold Edition) on April 13, 2024, at the National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo Da Vinci in Milan, Italy.
