This summer, get ready for more kilig, drama, characters, and school vibes since iWantTFC original and hit series ‘He’s Into Her’ finally released the full trailer for Season 2! The trailer was dropped on March 19, which eventually became a trending topic among fans.
‘He’s Into Her’ is a series produced by ABS-CBN and iWantTFC in May 2021. The series is top billed by teen stars Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano, who eventually rose to prominence as the DonBelle love team. The series involves the stories of students in Benison International School as they explore lessons about life and love.
The first season mainly follows the story of Maxpein Del Valle (portrayed by Mariano), a provincial and headstrong girl who went to Manila to live with her father. After entering Benison International School, she meets Deib Enrile (portrayed by Pangilinan), the school’s Basketball Varsity Team captain who was also the school’s bully. After witnessing one bullying incident, Max stands up against Deib, who eventually targets her for his bullying schemes. Eventually, as both face the hardships in each other’s lives, Deib falls in love with Maxpein.
As shown in the trailer, there will be next level kilig, drama, and even heartbreaking moments in the upcoming season. Here’s what would happen in the second season of He’s Into Her:
1. Deib Will Be Facing More Struggles
It seems like trouble won’t quickly go away for Deib. Just as when things are going smoothly in his relationship with Maxpein, tension will rise as Deib meets Maxpein’s father and plays a basketball game with him. However, Maxpein’s father does not even like Deib since he tells his daughter that boys like Deib only bring trouble.
The school principal also informed Deib that a parent filed a formal complaint against him due to his former bullying actions, which would stir trouble between him and his parents.
2. New Characters Will Be Joining The Bearkada!
If there were more kilig and drama, there would be new characters! Catch rising stars Reich Alim, Rajo Serrano, Shanaia Gomez, Mikha Lim, CJ Salonga, Zach Castañeda, River Joseph, and JC Alcantara play their respective roles in the second season of He’s Into Her.
Details about their characters are not yet revealed in the trailer, but it’s something to watch and show this April!
3. There Might Be A Trouble In Paradise For Other Bearkada Couples
Deib and Maxpein’s friends, Naih (portrayed by Criza Taa) and Lee Roi (portrayed by Joao Constancia), are also in Cloud 9. However, the trailer has shown that the couple might also face problems of their own and what could be Ysay’s role (portrayed by Vivoree) in their trouble in paradise?
The trailer also shows that Michiko (portrayed by Kaori Oinuma) seems heartbroken and down as Tob (portrayed by Rhys Miguel) and his family suddenly leave their home.
4. Intensified Love Triangle Drama Between Maxpein, Deib, And RJ
Maxpein and Deib will also face relationship problems from sweetness to rocky paths. It seems that RJ, Maxpein’s best friend and ex-boyfriend (portrayed by Jeremiah Lisbo), hasn’t moved on from her, which will cause Deib’s trust issue towards Maxpein.
Even Kim, Deib’s ex-girlfriend (portrayed by Dalia Varde), might also have plans of her own to break up the couple. What could happen to Maxpein and Deib? Will their relationship survive all the trials?
